The factory operates 24/7 continuously and requires ultra-stable turn-up paper tape with strict technical standards for tension, high-speed peeling, heat resistance and dust-free performance.

Project Pain Points

After upgrading the paper machine speed to 1200–1400m/min, the original turn-up tape suffered insufficient tension, slipping, breakage and paper residue, resulting in frequent reel change failure, unplanned downtime and high waste rate.
